The Wells SS206ED6 Warmer 208/240V 900/1200W is a countertop electric food warmer with a four-quart heated reservoir. It provides sauces, gravies, soups and toppings at the same temperature by thermostatic regulation and low wet-heat circulation. The unit is commonly used in commercial kitchens, cafes, and catering counters and is used to take standard inset pans, which can be directly inserted into the water bath. The warmer will support the constant system during high times and will be able to blend with the surrounding buffet or pass-through equipment without changing the current workflows.
