The Wells SS206D Infinite Control Hot Food Well operates under an infinite control system and can be set at any level of heat to maintain the appropriate level of heat to hold hot food in the well. It is heated with a 900/1200-watt heating coil, which can be fed on 208V or 240V, allowing it to operate uniformly in a various Conditions. Placed in a serving line/countertop set up, this food well can be designed with a 1/2" NPT drain, so it can be used in commercial kitchens and buffet-style operations that need controlled heating.
