The Wells MOD100TD(120V) Food Warmer With Drain 1650W 120V heats food pans by transferring heat from an electric heating element beneath the well to the metal food pan area, maintaining food at serving temperature during holding periods. The built-in drain is used for the removal of liquids from the unit, which is useful in controlling moisture when using the unit. This warmer is simple to install on counters and it is connected to the standard electrical power. Internal parts are enclosed well to facilitate consistent warming, convenient use and easy drainage in commercial and food service setups.
