The Wells MOD100TD (120V) Food Warmer With Drain is a food-holding unit that is heated to provide food at its required temperature, during commercial and food service operations. This component uses 1650 W on a 120V supply to provide controlled heat to the holding surface to ensure that contents are kept warm before service. It is fitted in the food warmer assembly and is used with heating elements, thermostatic control and drainage connections to control the temperature and moisture levels during holding times.
