The Wells MOD100D120 Food Warmer with drain is a holding unit on the counter that is used to control the temperature of food by using controlled electric heating. The heating system has a power of 1200 watts, and it spreads the warmth of the internal compartment evenly during the periods of service. It has an inbuilt drain that can be used to assist in the removal of liquids during cleaning and normal maintenance. The unit is placed on top of a countertop or service area and is connected to a 120 V power supply.
