The Wells MOD100D (120V) Food Warmer with drain is a low-wattage holding unit that is designed to keep food temperatures within controlled heating. The internal system has a 1200-watt power supply and circulates heat all over the holding compartment when in use. It has a drain assembly to help in the removal of liquids during cleaning or prolonged use. The unit is placed on the counter or service area, and it is linked to a 120 V electrical outlet.
