The Wells 2N-42866UL Fryers Element Immersion 240V 5750W converts electrical energy to a high-wattage resistive coil to convert it into intense thermal energy. This heating system is an internal warming unit that conducts the heat to the surrounding oil to achieve the quick temperature rise required in commercial deep frying. This element is placed horizontally and is kept under the oil level in order to have constant contact with the liquid medium. It has a dedicated flange to be firmly attached and threaded terminals that connect to the main power supply of the appliance.
