The pilot assembly operates with a 3" draw-off valve while using a left flame pattern through its durable 3" stainless steel stem. The gas flow efficiency of this unit improves due to its 1/4" tube and its precision-made orifice design. This pilot assembly functions with industrial kitchen equipment from Cleveland, Groen, Legion, Market Forge, Southbend and Vulcan kettle series.
