Vulcan Hart VH836927 Element is used to generate steam in commercial steamers by heating water, and converting it to steamer for cooking. The 208V 7500W immersion element heats water quickly to generate steady steam which improves both speed of cooking and food quality. This element fits securely due to its 3-1/2" square flange with 15.5" inside length measurement and its installation is simplified by 6EA terminal studs and the 3/8" FPT hole in the flange and includes a welded 2-1/2" long tube.
