The Vulcan Hart VH426745-1 Knob Black is a control component used to choose and indicate operating settings in a compatible cooking or heating system. This product has a 1/4" D stem connection and a 2-3/4" outer diameter to firmly fit around the control shaft so that the user can use it to adjust operating temperature or power level during normal operation. It is fitted in commercial kitchen settings in the event of maintenance or replacement when the control knob is worn, discolored, or cannot connect the shaft properly.
