The Vulcan Hart VH24148-1 D1/D18 Thermostat Assembly with Bulb Pilot Light Dial and Bezel functions as a temperature regulator in commercial cooking appliances. Temperature fluctuations activate the component which modifies heating control to achieve accurate temperature settings. A proper fit is achieved through the 3/16" x 13" dimensions of this design. This assembly provides three main advantages better temperature control and increased safety through its pilot light and extended durability.
