The Vulcan Hart VH00-497586-00001 Door Roller Latch is a mechanical part of an oven that is used to hold the door and direct it in the normal operation of the system. This roller latch interlocks with a strike or track when the door closes and assists in controlling the smooth movement, and also makes sure that the door remains in place when closed. It is applied in commercial kitchens where the oven cavity has to be accessed frequently and so has to connect and release accurately under normal servicing conditions.
