The Vulcan Hart 5300-02C Vertical Mount Thermostat with an auxiliary switch is a temperature control part for commercial ovens and griddles through precise heat regulation. This part between 175-550°F temperature range using a 3/16" x 11-5/8" sensing bulb connected to a 42" capillary for precise temperature control. This Type SJ thermostat works with both older and newer range models while providing smooth replacement and high operational results. This part optimizes cooking speed while providing steady heating to work with Montague Vectaire Rair Oven Series VL and Vulcan Oven & Griddle Series. The dial compatibility features enable users to install the system according to their shaft orientation requirements.
