The Vulcan Hart 428806-1 Control Valve operates as a gas control component to deliver precise temperature management for ovens. The valve has a gas in tap and a gas out 1/2" MPT and a 1/8" FPT pilot out which enables accurate heat sensing through the 24" capillary and 3/16" x 4-7/8" bulb. The Vulcan oven models G260, G260C, G260CC, G60, G60C, G60CC, and G60LC can use this valve to maintain consistent cooking results. The 428617-1 control knob red & black operates at 2.75" diameter to adjust temperatures up to 550°F making it necessary for commercial kitchens that need precise heat management.
