The Vulcan Hart 00-844133-00002 Gas Safety Valve is used to control gas flow and to ensure safe operation in compatible kitchen equipment. This unit measures 3/4" FPT, adjustable 3-6" WC range, 24V operation, 1/4" CCT pilot and 3/16" M ground tabs. This valve is intended for Vulcan Braising Pan Series E23, E40, G23, G40. It has a Honeywell VR8304M4507 valve, and it comes with a NAT to LP conversion spring kit 51-1227, so it is compatible with natural and propane gas, and the pressure control is still correct.
