The Vulcan Hart 00-715109 Griddle Gas Safety Valve is a must have to ensure the safety and efficiency of cooking. This gas safety valve is 3/8" tube connection and is compatible with many griddle applications, including those with electronic ignition systems, such as Wolf. It has an adjustable orifice marked #49 marked pin #57 and the precise gas flow control, which ensures an optimal heating performance. The valve dimensions are 3 inches wide, and with easy installation through bracket mount and 1/4" female terminals.
