The Vulcan Hart 00-420560-00001 Range Gas Valve Knob 2 is a front panel control part that is used to regulate the level of gas flow to compatible cooking equipment. It connects to the valve stem and, when switched, controls the flow of fuel to the burner to produce the required amount of heat. This knob is fitted on the control surface and fastened to the valve shaft to operate steadily. It allows the fine control of flame intensity and provides a consistent burner response in the normal cooking activity.
