The Vulcan Hart 00-419621-000G1 Switch Kit functions as a control system for cooking equipment. The rotary switch operates in a clockwise direction to fit 3/8-inch mounting holes and works with 20A/480V power. This kit contains five 1/4-inch terminal tabs together with wires and yellow wire nuts and right-angle push-ons for making secure connections. This part operates with ease through its double-flat stems and Vulcan red knob that displays OFF-HI-MED-LO (#22-1051). This versatile switch kit operates with Hobart CR40 hotplates and Vulcan broilers VB-2 series as well as select electric ovens and ranges and enables efficient performance and simple installation for precise cooking control.
