The Vulcan Hart 00-415780-00003 Oven Blower Wheel is a rotary airflow that is a commercial kitchen to circulate hot air in the cooking cavity. It is attached to the blower motor of the through a 5/8-inch opening and pulls the heating elements and evenly distributes it around food. The 9-7/8 inch diameter and 2-5/8 inch width of the wheel allow the transfer of heat to be constant during baking and roasting, and it can maintain the same temperatures as part of the general air circulation system.
