The Vollrath 369728 Temperature Control Board 40 °F to 560 °F, 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" 120 V Ba4461 is an accurate electronic part that is utilised in commercial cooking, and heating equipment to monitor, and control temperature over a wide range. It connects to temperature sensors and heating components to hold set points at 40 °F to 560 °F and adjusts output in response to changes. The board is installed behind the control panel and connected to the electrical system of the appliance which directs the response of heating in accordance with the settings made by the operator.
