The Vollrath 15067 6-Section Blade Assembly is a replacement cutting part that is used with the Instacut commercial food processing system. It consists of six equally spaced blades that are joined together to come into contact with the product as it cycles through the machine, producing uninterrupted parts in one operation. The blade assembly is used in commercial kitchens and restaurant food production plants where large quantities of vegetables, fruits, and other products need to be portioned regularly. It is installed on the Instacut unit in conjunction with the drive and feed systems.
