The Ultrafryer ULTR24A057 Rethermalizer Drain Valve 1-1/4" NPT regulates the discharge of water or cooking liquid in the tank when draining and maintaining the tank. Its design has a 1-1/4" NPT threaded connection that securely fits to the outlet port to seal it. The valve is installed at the bottom of the rethermalizer tank to open and close in order to control the amount of liquid released into the drainage system. It can be controlled during operation, and assists in bringing some order to the performance of commercial rethermalizing equipment.
