The Ultrafryer ULTR21A274 Gas Fryer Filter Screen is a flat filtration element that is used to trap food particles in cooking oil. It operates by fitting in the assembly so that oil is passed through it and in this process the sediment is held back in the filtration cycle. The screen is installed in the built-in or external filtration installation in the fryer in commercial kitchen operations to clean the oil in the fryer during regular oil maintenance. It acts as a separation element which facilitates the circulation of the oil and prevents the entrance of debris in pumps and in a return line during filtering process.
