The Ultrafryer 19B781 is a High-Limit with Screw Terminals that is used in fryers and is designed to provide accurate temperature control and safety. It has a capillary of 36”, and its temperature range is fixed at 450°F; the bulb is 1/4” OD x 4 3/4” L for sensing. The manual reset type makes reactivation very easy and the 3/8” national pipe thread stuffing box provides a secure installation. It is compatible with different fryer models and offers basic safety as it automatically turns off the fryer when the temperature goes high, which may lead to a fire outbreak or destruction of the equipment.
