The Ultrafryer 19A074 Firebox Assembly P2 18/20" Rev1 is a structural heating chamber of commercial deep fryers of the that contains the burners and directs heat into the cooking oil. It has baffles and mounting points of combustion components to be able to provide thermal energy to the fryer tank efficiently. The firebox is installed in the fryer cabinet during assembly and it supports the normal cooking activities in commercial kitchens. In the fryer system, it is the central combustion chamber, which directs the heat of the burner to ensure that the oil temperatures remain constant.
