The Ultrafryer 18A335 Motor Start Relay 50/60Hz 120V is an electromechanical control system that is used for the start-up of the circulating or hydraulic pump motor of the fryer when it is operating normally. It detects the load on the electricity and temporarily adds more winding or power to the motor to get over the initial resistance. It is applied in commercial fryers where there is a need to have accurate motor start assistance in performing routine operations of filtration and oil circulation. This component fits in the control compartment of the fryer and is connected to the electrical circuit.
