The Ultrafryer 18A287 Toggle Switch is a single-pole, two-contact control switch that was installed in a compatible commercial kitchen system to control temperature-related operations. It is attached to the control panel of the appliance and provides a manual on/off changeover interface to circuits operating in the range of 0°F to 150°F and has a 125 V rating that is proper to the associated control loads. This electrical system of the appliance assists in controlling temperature and routing of the circuit when operating within the normal operating conditions.
