The Ultrafryer 18A054 Switch Momentary Push Button 120V EUS SC is a spare part that is used to turn the fryer on and off immediately when the button is pressed and immediately when the button is released. The momentary action is used to make sure that the switch goes back to the default position without latching and this allows controlled operation of the equipment.
