The Ultrafryer 18185 Fryer Micro Switch 15A 250V/125V is a small electrical part that is installed in a compatible commercial appliance to monitor the position or state of a component and to operate a corresponding circuit. It is normally fitted in the control assembly of the fryer with its actuator released or connected by the movement of parts of the fryer to temperature control linkages.
