The Ultrafryer 12C450-C Pump/Motor Assembly Filter 8 GPM 120 V 1PH is used in the fryer filtration systems to pump and filter oil in the cleaning cycles. This unit is a motor, pump and built-in filter combination that circulates oil at a rate of up to eight gallons per minute, filtering and clearing it of solids. It facilitates effective filtration by drawing the oil out of the vat and through the filter medium and back to the fryer at a regulated flow.
