The Turbochef ENC-1147 Oven Catalytic Converter decreases the number of grease-contaminated vapors and odors by catalytically oxidizing smoke particles in the cooking process. The converter allows heated catalyst surfaces to be used to convert residual contaminants into less harmful byproducts as air passes through, and then it is recirculated. It will be installed in the airflow of the oven and will be fixed in the specially designed housing and coordinated to work with the internal ventilation system. It allows the control of emissions, allows cleaner air circulation, and provides stable performance in commercial high-speed cooking systems.
