The TurboChef 100592 Fuse 12 AMP ATMR is designed to be installed in the commercial rapid-cooking system to protect the circuits in case of overcurrent conditions. It is a 12 amp ATMR-type fuse, which fits in the fuse holder of the appliance and cuts the flow of current when the load is more than is secure. This fuse is changed in practice during maintenance, or fault repair into provide proper electrical protection. The electrical system of the appliance works to protect the wiring and components of the appliance by reducing the power when unusual current occurs during normal operation of the appliance.
