The Tri-Star TS-1177 Safety Thermostat is a spare part that is applied to regulate the high temperature of commercial systems. It has a 450°F rating, and will automatically shut off heating Operates when insecure conditions are detected, and will automatically resume operation when normal temperatures are regained. The built-in 36-inch capillary provides reactive sensing throughout the heated area. This thermostat is a vital component of the fryer safety circuit which assists in avoiding thermal overload, ensuring stable performance, and controlled operation of the appliance during the preparation of food.
