The Traulsen 8700038 Hinged Air Deflector Assembly is a spare part that is used in commercial equipment to regulate the flow of cold air in the cabinet to assist in keeping the internal temperatures constant. The hinged design enables the deflector to be opened to facilitate service access and still be firmly in position in the normal operation mode. It is usually fitted in refrigerators and freezers that are used in commercial kitchens, food storage facilities and institutional foodservice settings. The air deflector in the system directs airflow in the evaporator.
