The Traulsen 325-60240-10 Evaporator Fan Blade CW is an airflow component that can be used in commercial foodservice units to circulate air inside the cabinet, and aid in even cooling. The 5 1/2-inch clockwise blade is attached to the evaporator fan motor and it circulates air over the evaporator coils and in the interior space. It is fitted in the evaporator compartment of reach-in appliances or merchandisers during assembly for usage. It is used in the appliance system to ensure that the temperature distribution is consistent due to the ability to generate better airflow and heat transfer to ensure accurate cooling performance.
