The Taylor Freezer 22763 Drip Tray Cover Stainless Steel is a protective part that fits on top of the drip tray of a freezing equipment. It gathers and diverts the melt water off the freezer wall leading to cleaner surfaces and minimizing accumulation below food compartments. This type of cover is applied in commercial frozen dessert and food service freezers where there is condensation that occurs in normal operation. It can be assists inside the appliance above the drip tray and with the drainage path it can cope with the flow of water and make sure that the routine cleaning.
