The T&S Brass B-3945 Adapter 2-1/2" provides a 2-inch female National Pipe Thread connection on one end and a 1-1/2-inch male National Pipe Thread on the other to enable a combination between the two pipe sizes that are not compatible. This adapter is applied in usage situations in commercial foodservice settings where water steam, or drainage lines must be connected with a high degree of accuracy. It has an appropriate transition between components inside the system that is pressure to facilitate fluid flow.
