It works on the concepts of heating electric energy to increase the surface temperature of the pan to minimize standing water in the defrost or condensing process. This heating system is built under or inside the drain pan section of the refrigeration unit, which is attached to the internal wiring and support brackets. Which assists in normal drainage and minimizes the chances of water accumulation.
