The Stero B10-3079 dishwasher scrap basket assembly is an optional wash filter that is used to trap food debris during the wash cycle of commercial systems. The bottom of the wash tank encircles the pump intake enabling the water to circulate and the particles that may block the pipework, spray arms or the drain to be trapped. The basket is often lifted out of the commercial kitchens like restaurants, hotels and catering facilities. The dishwasher system provides primary filtration, which protects the wash pump and minimizes the disruption of the operations.
