The Star Mfg Z1858 Rocker Switch is an electrical control component that is mounted on a panel, and it is used to switch power on and off to circuits in the food system and cooking equipment that are compatible. This rocker works by closing or breaking an electrical circuit when stepped on, and most have an inbuilt light that glows when the circuit is active, to give a visual indication of the status when the system is in normal operation. It is also applied in commercial kitchen control panels.
