The Star Mfg D5-HFD007 Reservoir Assembly HFD-2 is a water containment and distribution component that is installed in a humidified food holding cabinet to maintain humidity levels around stored product. It consists of the reservoir basin and fittings that contain and discharge water to evaporate into the interior of the cabinet thus avoiding drying of the food in holding. This unit is mounted in the lower compartment of the unit and is connected to the water supply and humidification controls. It can provide regulated humidity through the addition of evaporated water.
