The Star Mfg 5P-20385 Drain Valve Extension Kit SS8 is a longer extension of the drain valve of the warmer to enable the removal of liquids in the holding unit to be controlled. It works by attaching to the existing valve and directing fluid in a better manner out of the equipment. The extension kit fits on the drainage assembly of the warmer and fits into the valve opening, and attaches to the housing. It aids in cleaning efficiency, spill prevention and proper running of commercial food warmers by providing constant control over the drainage.
