The Star Mfg 2U-71500-06 Blower Wheel is a mechanical airflow part that is compatible with ovens. It works by turning round to move warm air all over the oven cavity to enhance even distribution of temperature in the cooking cycles. The blower wheel mounted in the fan assembly of the oven and powered by the convection motor in normal foodservice applications. The circulation role in the oven system serves to aid even distribution of heat on food items in order to maintain an even cooking environment in the baking, roasting and reheating of food items.
