The Star Mfg 2T-Z5958 Oven SA Thermostat is for controlling the temperature in equipment, which works between 100°F and 450°F. In addition, this thermostat has a 36 inches capillary tube and 3/16 inches bulb for the accurate measurement of temperature. Its auxiliary switch increases versatility, which makes it ideal for use in griddles and ovens among other appliances. Installation Steps
Step1: Disconnect power to the oven.
Step2: Remove the control panel to access the thermostat.
Step3: Disconnect wiring and remove the capillary bulb from its bracket.
Step4: Unfasten mounting hardware and remove the thermostat.
Step5: Install the new thermostat, secure the sensing bulb, reconnect wiring, and test temperature calibration.
