The Star Mfg 2R-44373 Warmer Control Knob is an accurate control part that is applicable in commercial kitchen warmers. It mounts on a 3/16" D-stem and has heat settings that can be adjusted between Off to a graduated scale of Off-Lo-2-3-4-5-6-7-Hi and Preheat. The knob is mounted on the control shaft of the warmer, which supplies tactile feedback and allows the temperature to be controlled accurately to ensure the food is in better serving conditions. Its purpose in the appliance is to allow it to maintain a consistent heat level, provide uniform warming, and have consistent operation in the food system setting where temperature regulation is needed.
