The Star Mfg 2N-75853 Warming Element operates at 120 V, 200w with a compatible for Heated Dispenser. It works by passing electrical current to regulated heat which is passed to the internal holding space to sustain a preset temperature. The system comes in the housing and is connected to the control circuit of the unit to be regulated. It is the source of heat that levels internal conditions, which assists in maintaining heat in foodservice installations to facilitate holding and partial release of portions.
