The Star Mfg 2J-3006098 Temperature Control 120V is a spare part that regulates the intensity of heating by modifying the electrical supply to heating components of the conveyor toaster. Adjusting the temperature control alters the internal mechanism which adjusts the amount of current used to sustain the preferred heat settings. It is fitted in the control compartment of compatible conveyor toaster units where it is linked to the adjustment knob and connected to the internal wiring system of the appliance to control the toasting temperatures at all times.
