The Star Mfg 2E-200551 Conveyor Toaster Rotary Switch is a control part that is used to control the choice of power in compatible commercial kitchen equipment. It is designed with 25 Amp 2HP at 120V and 1-1/4HP at 240V and it controls electric flow to heating and drive circuits when in operation. The switch has 1/4" tab connectors to allow the wiring connections to be made secure, and it allows the knob to be placed accurately. It is installed at the back of the control panel and enables the operator to choose and control operations like power or heat settings.
