The Star Mfg 2A-Z4930 Burner Orifice #41 injects natural gas into the griddle in correct quantities to produce the desired amount of flames. It operates by inserting into the gas inlet of the burner with its opening regulating the amount of fuel that enters the combustion chamber. It is installed in the griddle burner assembly, between the supply line and the burner inside and it controls the flow to fit the requirements of the equipment design. This component provides uniformity of heat throughout the cooking surface.
