The Star Mfg 2501065 Motor Kit 2-Speed 10-Cage 1/3HP 120V DV provides two options of speed at which fans, or other moving parts of the unit can be used. It converts electrical power into mechanical motion, which can be adjusted to either increase or decrease airflow or mechanical motion as it is required. The kit is fitted in the motor housing where it is attached to mounting points and linked to the drive and electrical supply. Constructed to work with DV 10-Cage it is used in the internal drive system, allowing moving components in commercial kitchen equipment to work together.
